Refund Policy

Not quite right? No problem. We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

If you'd like to return your order, please contact us at support@buchanfit.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To start a return, contact support@buchanfit.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• The reason for your return

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with the instructions needed to send your item back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging

You're welcome to try your jacket on to check the fit, but items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors or other use may not be accepted.

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same 14-day return policy, unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid for the item.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect the item to make sure it meets our return conditions.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for us to inspect and process your return after it arrives.

Once your refund has been issued, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Size or Color Changes

If you ordered the wrong size or would prefer another color, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for your preferred size or color.

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on your original order.

For standard returns, including change of mind, incorrect size selection or preference for another color, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us before returning it. In these cases, we'll cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact support@buchanfit.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns We Can't Accept

We may refuse returns that:

• Are requested outside the 14-day return window
• Have been worn, washed or used
• Are damaged after delivery through misuse
• Are missing original tags or packaging
• Are returned without prior authorization
• Are sent to an address other than the return address provided by our support team

If we're unable to accept your return, we'll contact you and explain why.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact support@buchanfit.com as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't entered processing or been dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or handed over to the carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel it. You can still request a return after delivery in accordance with this 14-Day Return Policy.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
